Mike Fallon (Scott Adkins) is a top-tier hitman, known
as the Accident Man, a killer who specializes in

underground network of hitmen, led by Big Ray, and
enjoys his well-paid assignments, bar fights, and

But when his ex-girlfriend Beth is murdered, he
discovers that someone from his own circle has taken
the job. Driven by anger and revenge, Fallon goes on
a hunt for the truth and must face off against some of
the most dangerous hitmen in the business—many of
whom were once his allies.

Mike placed money just over the balcony, and when his bully tried to grab it, Mike sprung into action from a
hidden spot and shoved him over the edge. This moment was a crucial turning point in Mike's life. It was the
first time he used his ability to stage a murder as an accident, and it marks the birth of the Accident Man.
So, Mike Fallon doesn't just kill—he stages deaths to make them look like unfortunate accidents. His
methods involve manipulating the environment, psychological tricks, and a deep understanding of
forensic investigation. Unlike other hitmen who use brute force or stealth techniques, Fallon ensures that
police reports say "accident" instead of "murder."

The film contains dark humor. In the film Fallon adds sarcastic commentary to his kills. ““I don’t just fight
people anymore… I FUCKING DESTROY THEM!!” And Mike Fallon is proud of his work: "Killing people is easy.
Making it look like an accident? That's the art." He discusses murder techniques with other hitmen as if
they're casually talking about food. And after a kill, he often makes a witty remark, like "Well, he didn’t see
that coming," when a victim is taken out in a sly way.
